I love buying my plants here and get my gardening tools. It’s definitely a Pilsen staple and my dad’s favorite spot for getting parts for little house repairs.

The plant selection here is awesome and the prices are good. Plants are in a small area at the store entrance and they have a nice variety. An employee is posted at that section and she can help you with your plant questions. Just show her a photo of what you are looking for. The gentlemen at the back counter were very helpful as well. This place is a goldmine, so enjoy. It’s on the Pink CTA line near Damon station, so no need to drive out to the suburbs.

Last of the old school hardware stores. If you have trouble finding something then go there for assistance. Helpful and friendly. Beats going to big box stores trying to find someone to help.

I Love this place... For Decades Mitchell's has been there providing the best Service you could ever find... If you can't find something or you need something and can't find it... I'm very sure that Mitchell's has it for you... You need your window replace (Broken Glass) take your measurements to them and have your glass Repaired/ Replaced... The Service you'll receive is the Best...

I took a 30-minute ride on one of the coldest days -6 just to come here and get some keys made. I hadn’t been in this neighborhood in a long time the guy that attended me was very polite and helpful. I’ll try to come again.
